We had an amazing stay in this centrally located hotel! Best aspects were the clean and comfortable room with fridge, the affordable and delicious breakfast buffet, and the fabulous spa section with heated loungers, boiling hot pool, and great sauna. Staff from the cafe were polite and helpful, and the hotel provided washed robes for the spa.
No negatives from this place. The hotel was perfect for our needs and exceeded our expectations.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the town with easy access to the main attractions. The spa area was definitely the highlight of our stay, with a sauna, pool and some really warm loungers. It was a great way to relax after the hustle and bustle of the busy streets outside. the breakfast was superb and offered a tasty selection of local delicacies.
Although the rooms were clean, we were disappointed to find that the mattresses were quite uncomfortable. , we had trouble communicating with the staff as they did not speak English, which made things a little difficult.

The location was spot on, right in the heart of the city and easy to reach. The breakfast was decent, offering a variety of food and drinks. The heated loungers and swimming pool were the highlights of the stay and we spent most of our time there.
The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, and they didn't speak English well at all, making it difficult to communicate. The room had a strange smell and the bathroom was not very clean. The jacuzzis were dirty and we could not use them. In short, we were disappointed with the stay.

the luxury spa with heated loungers, boiling hot pool, and great sauna was definitely a highlight. the breakfast buffet was also a standout with a delicious spread of traditional Balkan dishes. My room was comfortable and included a fridge to keep my drinks cold. I especially appreciated the clean robes in the wardrobe to take down to the spa.
I did have some difficulty communicating as there wasn't always staff available who spoke English.

Centrally located, fabulous spa section, very comfortable bed, quiet and relaxed atmosphere, slept well after soaking in healing water.
No issues.
